General Policies
By becoming a member of PrideFit Training & Performance, you agree to abide by the policies outlined on this page. PrideFit reserves the right to update these policies with reasonable notice to members. Continued participation following notice of a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Training
Adult Training Policies
Getting Started
- All new adult members begin with a consultation before joining classes or starting 1:1 training.
- The consultation is used to assess goals, movement quality, and injury history.
- Members are placed in the appropriate program based on consultation results.
Attendance & Booking
- Classes must be booked in advance through the Achieve app or member portal.
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee.
- Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Training Modifications
- Members are responsible for informing coaches of any new injuries or medical conditions.
- Coaches reserve the right to modify or substitute exercises as needed for safety.
- Members may request a program reassessment at any time.
Billing
Membership & Billing Policies
Membership Options
- PrideFit offers month-to-month memberships for all adult and youth programs.
- Membership rates are determined based on the selected training program at signup.
- Rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice to members.
Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis on your billing date.
- Billing is processed via the payment method on file in your WellnessLiving account.
- Failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days to maintain active membership.
Pauses & Holds
- Members may request a membership hold for travel, injury, or personal circumstances.
- Hold requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@pridefittraining.com.
- Holds are available in 2-week increments. Billing resumes automatically when the hold ends.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests require 30 days written notice submitted to info@pridefittraining.com.
- The final billing cycle will complete before the membership terminates.
- Refunds are not issued for unused sessions within a completed billing cycle.
Safety & Community
Safety, Conduct & Facility Guidelines
- All members must complete a health intake form before beginning training. Inform your coach of any changes to your health status or injuries.
- Respectful conduct toward all coaches, staff, and fellow members is required. PrideFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for conduct violations.
- Athletic footwear is required in all training areas. No bare feet on the training floor.
- Return all equipment to its proper location after use. Re-rack weights, return bands and accessories to their storage location.
- Photography and video may only be taken with the consent of all individuals in the frame.
- PrideFit is not responsible for personal property left in the facility. Please secure valuables.
- Minors must have a parent or guardian present or on-premises during all Parisi training sessions unless specifically arranged otherwise.
- PrideFit reserves the right to adjust class programming, schedules, and facility access with reasonable advance notice.
