Small Group Personal Training

Personalized Coaching. Small Groups.

You get a program built specifically for you — but train alongside others moving toward similar goals. The best value in personalized coaching.

Why It Works

The Perfect Balance

Small group training hits a sweet spot that pure 1:1 can't replicate.

Personalized Programming

You don't follow the group's workout. You follow your workout, written for your movement patterns and goals. Each person in the group has their own program running in parallel.

Small Coaching Ratio

With a tight group size, your coach can maintain meaningful attention to your form, your program, and your progress. You don't disappear into a crowd.

Structure & Accountability

There's something that happens when you train alongside people who know your name and notice when you're not there. The group dynamic drives consistency without pressure.

The Process

How Small Group Training Works

1

Consultation First

You start the same way all members do — with a consultation and movement assessment. This is what makes your program genuinely personalized.

2

Program Built For You

Based on your assessment, your coach builds a program tailored to your needs. You train alongside others, but your sets, reps, and exercises are yours.

3

Progress With Your Group

Your program evolves as you do. Every 4–6 weeks, your coach reassesses progress and updates your plan. The group keeps you coming back.

A Typical Session

What To Expect In A Small Group Session

01

Targeted Warmup

Your coach leads a dynamic warmup that preps the movement patterns relevant to that day's work — not a generic stretch routine.

02

Personalized Strength Work

You execute your program while your coach rotates attention between group members. Your exercises, your load, your pace — not the group's.

03

Cool-Down & Next Steps

A structured cool-down that includes mobility work relevant to your specific movement needs. Not just rolling around on a foam roller.

04

Goal Check

Your coach notes your progress, acknowledges wins, and sets context for your next session. You leave with clear momentum.

What Members Are Saying

Small Group Members Love It

"I tried 1:1 first and loved it but the small group is more my speed. The group pushes me in a way I can't do alone, and I still get the personalized program. Best of both worlds, honestly."

N

Nic S.

Small Group Member, 10 months

"The people in my group feel like friends now. We text when someone doesn't show up. The accountability is real — and I mean that in the best possible way. It's kept me consistent for the first time in years."

S

Sandra M.

Small Group Member, 7 months

"I was skeptical that I'd still feel like I was getting personal training in a group setting. But I genuinely do. My coach knows exactly where I am in my program and adjusts on the fly every session."

Common Questions

FAQ

Small groups are intentionally kept tight — typically 3–6 members. This ensures your coach can maintain meaningful attention to each person's individual program without the session feeling crowded.
You get your own program. This is the key differentiator between small group training and a regular group class. Each member has their own plan — you're just training at the same time.
Pain history and injuries are fully accounted for in your program design. With a DPT-led team, this is handled carefully — your limitations are designed around, not ignored.
