Parisi Speed Evaluation

Every youth athlete starts here. A World-Speed Evaluation measures speed, agility, and strength baseline to place them in the right program.

Program Recommendation

Based on age and evaluation results, we recommend the right Parisi program: Jump Start, Total Performance, or Elite/Advanced.

Class Placement & Schedule

We place your athlete in the right class group and time slot. Training is structured around their sport season and school schedule.

Progress Check-Ins

We track improvement over time and keep parents informed. Coaches celebrate wins and adjust training as athletes grow and develop.

PrideFit was built on 15 years of clinical practice. Pain-aware coaching is a core part of what we do. We'll assess your movement, understand your limitations, and build a program that works with your body — not against it.
Your free 2-week trial has no commitment. After that, membership options include month-to-month plans. We believe you should stay because you love it — not because you're locked in.
Most new members schedule their first session within a week of reaching out. We'll work around your availability to get you in as quickly as possible.
New members can try two full weeks of training at PrideFit for free — including classes, coaching, and access to the facility. No credit card required upfront. We want you to experience the community before you decide.
